Reuse them, including commercially, under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Credit Geomaxxing and link to the page you took them from.
What you may not. The remaining files carry a third party's figures under that party's terms, printed on the row. Numbeo cost and salary data, WHO Global Health Observatory series and the NCD-RisC height and BMI series are not ours to licence onward, so we grant nothing over them. Take those from the source.
Where the numbers come from. The formula behind every published figure is on the methodology page, and the source, geographic level and release year for every market are recorded per metric. For the same data as JSON over HTTPS rather than as a file, see the read API.

What is not here
The city grid, the country deep-dives and the scoring model are not published as files. They are readable through the API and on the research desk. The dating-pool model and the Geomaxxing Score are computed on the server and are not distributed in either form.
