These terms cover your use of Geomaxxing (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying Pro, you accept them. Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect and why.
What Geomaxxing is
We publish relocation research: sex ratio by dating-age band, cost of living, safety, climate and visa access, built from public censuses, surveys and official datasets. Every metric’s source is documented in the methodology. Most of the site is free to read. Some data requires an account, and some requires payment.
What Pro costs
Pro is sold in one of two forms, and the price shown on the page is the price charged:
- One-time unlock. A single payment. It does not expire and is never billed again.
- Monthly subscription. $9 per month, which renews automatically until you cancel.
Which one you are offered is decided by a live pricing test, so two people may see different prices or different billing models at the same time. Whatever you are shown is what Stripe charges, and the Checkout page states the billing model again before you pay.
Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. We do not email you before or after a renewal. The charge appears on your card statement, and every invoice is listed under Manage billing on the Pro page, where you can also download them.
You can cancel at any time under Manage billing on the Pro page, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused remainder of a period, except under the guarantee below.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Ask through the feedback button on any page and we will refund it. Beyond that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Your account
Access is tied to the email address you paid with. Sign in with that address and Pro is there. There are no passwords: sign-in is Google or an emailed link.
Pro is for one person. Do not share your account or sign-in links.
You can delete your account at any time. If you have a subscription, cancel it first. Your account record is the only thing linking that subscription to you, so deleting it while billing is live would leave your card charged with nothing to show for it, and the deletion is refused until you cancel.
The data is research, not advice
This is the most important section on this page.
Our figures are estimates drawn from censuses, surveys and public datasets. They carry the age, sampling error and definitions of their sources, all named in the methodology. We label every metric at its true geographic level and omit a figure rather than guess at one.
Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical or safety advice. Visa rules, tax residency thresholds and safety conditions change often and vary by nationality and circumstance. Verify anything you intend to act on with the relevant authority or a qualified professional in that jurisdiction.
Decisions you make about where to travel, live or move are yours. We do not guarantee any outcome, and we are not liable for the results of decisions made using this site.
Field reports and community content
Field reports, comments and ratings are written by readers. They are unverified and self-selected, they describe one person’s experience, and they are not our statements. We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful or spam.
By posting, you confirm the content is yours to post and you allow us to display it on the site. You keep ownership of what you write.
Acceptable use
Use the site for your own research. Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute our datasets, and do not attempt to bypass the paywall, disrupt the service, or access other users’ data.
We may suspend or remove access for a breach of these terms. If we do that to a paid account without cause, we refund the unused portion.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, add or discontinue features. If we discontinue a feature that was a substantial part of what a current subscription paid for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of the period.

Some pages carry affiliate links, marked with a Partner tag. We may earn a commission. Partner links never affect any ranking, score or metric on this site, which is explained on the partner links page.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. For a change that materially reduces what an active subscription includes, cancel before your next renewal if you do not accept it.
